Rice Paper Fruit Mochi
(With Grass Fed Beef Protein Blend)Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
• 1 Scoop KONO Beef Protein Vanilla
• 1 mango
• 3 rice paper sheets
• Arrowroot (or tapioca flour)
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together the greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir until
smooth.
2. Prepare the mango by removing the peel and cutting it into cubes.
3. Dip a rice paper sheet in a shallow bowl of warm water, flip so both sides
get submerged.
4. Remove the sheet once it gets soft and carefully drape it over a smaller
bowl.
5. Fill with mango and ~ 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture.
6. Wrap it all up by pulling edges together and sprinkle with arrowroot flour to
avoid sticking.
7. Repeat two more times.
8. Place the mochi in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
9. Cut them in half and enjoy! These are best enjoyed right away!
