California law requires certain product warnings when trace amounts of specific substances are present. This regulation, known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65), does not prohibit the sale of products. It simply requires disclosure so consumers have full visibility.

What Does This Mean?
Proposition 65 is a California-specific regulation that applies to products containing substances listed by the state as potentially harmful at any detectable level, even when those levels are far below federal safety thresholds.
These warnings are extremely common in California and appear on everything from food and supplements to household goods, restaurants, and grocery stores. No other U.S. state requires disclosures at this level.
The warning references cancer and/or reproductive harm because trace amounts of a naturally occurring substance present in our ingredients appears on the Prop 65 list.
Should You Be Concerned?
Context matters.
The Prop 65 list includes 800+ substances, many of which are part of everyday life, including vitamin A, alcoholic beverages, and naturally occurring heavy metals found in soil, water, and food.
Lead, for example, exists naturally in the environment and can appear in trace amounts in many foods and supplements despite responsible sourcing and rigorous testing.
