I.  General Policies.

We believe in our products and stand behind them completely.  If you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased from KONO, you can return the product within 14 days of your product being delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
All approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Return instructions and the approval process for refunds are discussed below.

II.  Supplements.

We are proud of our truly healthy line of supplement products.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund within 14 days of your product being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If an item is returned without first contacting us, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Once our team receives your shipment, we will issue a full refund of the subtotal of your order.  This means you will be refunded the exact amount you paid after any promotions or discounts as applicable.

III.  Other Products.

We love our KONO gear and related products almost as much our line of supplements.  However, we understand the difficulties that can come with buying clothing and similar items online.  If your purchase does not fit how you had hoped, or if you have any other issues, you can simply email support@kononutrition.com
