Protein Pancakes
(With Grass Fed Beef Protein Blend)Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 egg
• 1 scoop KONO Vanilla Protein
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• A little bit of milk, about 2 tbsp, adjust as needed
Directions
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk a little at a time until the batter reaches a thick but scoopable pancake consistency.
- Heat a lightly greased pan over medium-low heat.
- Scoop the batter onto the pan to form small pancakes.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set and bubbles form.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
