Protein Pancakes
(With Grass Fed Beef Protein Blend)Ingredients: 

• 1 ripe banana
• 1 egg
• 1 scoop KONO Vanilla Protein
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• A little bit of milk, about 2 tbsp, adjust as needed

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add milk a little at a time until the batter reaches a thick but scoopable pancake consistency.
  5. Heat a lightly greased pan over medium-low heat.
  6. Scoop the batter onto the pan to form small pancakes.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until the edges begin to set and bubbles form.
  8. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
