Double Chocolate Protein Cookies

Double Chocolate Protein Cookies
(With Grass Fed Beef Protein Blend)

Dry Ingredients: 
• 2 scoops Raw Chocolate Grass-fed Beef Protein Blend
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• Flakey salt

Wet Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup almond butter (not too thick, it needs to be runny)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, coconut sugar, baking soda and sea salt.
3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, almond butter and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the almond butter mixture into the protein powder mixture and stir until well combined, scraping edges as needed
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Using a cookie dough scoop, or your hands, form dough into balls. Spread out evenly on the baking sheet and press to flatten.
7. Bake for ~10 minutes. Sprinkle with flakey salt when they come out of the oven.
8. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

Keep leftovers in the fridge!

Makes 8 cookies.
